growing need for individuals who can systematically apply and utilize AI technologies, as well as for the development of human resources capable of
innovating through the use of these technologies.
Myanmar, as an ASEAN member nation, requires the structured cultivation of AI talents—not only for domestic needs but also to meet the demand for
technological human resources across the ASEAN region. This system has been conceptualized with the aim of encouraging youth who are interested in
AI, and to foster the development of human capital necessary for the future technology market.
