Packworks is building the operating system for Southeast Asia’s micro‑retail. Starting in the Philippines, where there are ~1.3M sari‑sari stores but only
25–30% are digitized, we connect 300,000+ stores to FMCG brands through an AI‑driven platform that processes 1M transactions per month (₱1B GMV).
Our core: privacy‑safe, SKU‑level models that forecast demand per store, recommend optimal assortments and prices, predict promo lift, and surface
credit‑worthiness using real transaction histories. Brands get profitable coverage and precision marketing down to the barangay; stores get fewer
stockouts, better margins, and access to services (financing, logistics, connectivity).
