Bridging Fund

Bumiputera Enterprise Enhancement Programme (BEEP)
BEEP aims to create and develop competitive, resilient and dynamic Bumiputera SMEs through a comprehensive integrated assistance with hand-holding approaches including: Certification and Quality Management System; Packaging and Product Packaging; Innovation, Productivity & Automation; Advertising, Promotion and Branding; ICT application; and Business Start-up & related activity.
Bumiputera Entrepreneurs Startup Scheme (SUPERB)
SUPERB aims to develop ideas into prototypes/proof-of-concepts and/or to attain commercialisation. In addition to providing funds, SUPERB also offers developmental services and commercialisation support which includes mentorship, training for competency building and possibly further funds from venture capitalists.
Bumiputera Exporters Development Programme
This grant aims to grow competitive and sustainable Bumiputera exporters.
Business Accelerator Programme 2.0 (BAP 2.0)
BAP 2.0 supports SMEs and microenterprises (MEs) to develop and accelerate their businesses by providing integrated assistance which cover company's assessment, business advisory, improvement activities and financial assistance to assist the company to improve business performance.
Business Scale-Up Programme (Biz-Up Programme)
Business Scale-Up Programme (Biz-Up Programme) is an integrated assistance programme aimed to enhance the capabilities of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) through business advisory services and financial support. This programme supports a wide range of capability building initiatives to assist SMEs to grow and expand their businesses locally and globally.
CIP SPARK
CIP SPARK is a grant of up to RM150,000 for a maximum duration of eighteen (18) months, covers the development and pre-commercialization of for technology start-ups. It is a funding in the form of a conditional grant to assist early-stage entrepreneurs to develop and commercialize their product. Upon receiving the fund, the CIP SPARK recipients are supported with business networking opportunities and other value-add services which will help nurture, develop and prepare them with business model development, market validation skill and market access.
CIP SPRINT
CIP SPRINT is a grant of up to RM600,000 for a maximum duration of eighteen (18) months, covers the commercialization of tech and covers SMEs. It is a funding in the form of a conditional grant to assist entrepreneurs to fund their technology based business venture. Upon receiving the fund, the CIP SPRINT recipients are supported with business networking opportunities and other value-add services which will help nurture, develop and prepare them with business model development, market validation skill and market access.
Commercialisation of Research & Development Fund (CRDF)
CRDF 1: Partial grant to conduct technology and market validation activities for R&D outputs by public universities / public research institutions or any local R&D outputs to be undertaken by local companies CRDF 2: Partial grant for the commercialisation of any local R&D outputs by small and medium-sized companies (SMEs) CRDF 3: Partial grant for the commercialisation of any local R&D outputs from public universities / research institutions or local companies by non-SME / subsidiary of large corporation and public-listed companies

Development Assistant Grants
This program aims to intensify and increase cooperative involvement in potential and viable business activities to increase cooperative income.
Development Fund
Development Fund focuses on the development stage of the Project, the stage where it involves idea generation, production design, market research, and marketing analysis. The development stage is defined as a planning phase of the Project. This includes development of the idea into a working script, research, and development (R&D) of the concept, business plans, and preparation of documents which are investor-friendly. Applicants with new project/IP/idea within the Eligible Project Categories are encouraged to apply for funding under the Development Fund.
Domestic Investment Strategic Fund
This grant aims to accelerate the shift of Malaysian-owned companies in targeted industries to high value-added, high technology, knowledge-intensive and innovation-based industries, and to harness and leverage on outsourcing opportunities created by MNCs operating in Malaysia and enable Malaysian-owned companies to obtain international standards/certifications in strategic industries.
Facilitation Fund
Facilitation Fund was created as a tipping point for private investment initiatives. A 15% grant of the total eligible costs for infrastructure and equipment components act as a catalyst for investment by Bumiputera companies, especially in high-impact NKEA sectors.
Galakan Eksport Bumiputera (GEB) Programme
This grant aims to increase the number of qualified & high performing Bumiputera SMEs with export market potential and to create network & supply chain among Bumiputera SMEs.
Global Tech Fund for Driving Investments in R&D&C
GTF targets foreign technology companies to set up Centre of Excellence to conduct high value technology innovation/R&D activities leading to the development and commercialisation of market driven, innovative product/service for the global market as well as contribute to ecosystem development. Global Tech Fund for Nurturing Global Champions
GTF targets local scale-up technology companies who are ready to go into their first global market or expand their existing global market presence via technology innovation and commercialisation of market-driven product/service. We want to see potential Malaysian unicorn in the making. Local technology companies are welcome to set up Centre of Excellence for the benefit of the ecosystem.
GroomBig
To upgrade small & medium entrepreneur so they will be viable and able to compete in open market and export. The program approach is based on services needed by Bumiputera entrepreneur in various developmental level that involve increment in quality assurance, optimization of production process, packaging design and brand development.
Halal Technology Development Fund (HTDF)
Halal Technology Development Fund is specifically designed to finance and nurture small and medium enterprises (SMEs) for long-term growth and export through halal compliant activities. The primary focus of the fund is to provide companies with access to the best advisory services and networks. Activities include halal product development process and regulatory compliance services, as part of the effort to overcome barriers and hurdles to bring halal products and services to market.
Industry4WRD Intervention Fund
This grant aims to transform the Malaysian manufacturing industry and its related services to be smarter, more systematic and resilient, and to create a platform and mechanism to help manufacturing and related services, firm, especially SMEs, assess and develop their industry 4.0 capabilities.
