Bursa Malaysia RAM Capital Sdn Bhd

Bursa Malaysia RAM Capital Sdn Bhd (“BR Capital”) was incorporated on 27 December 2022 and is a joint venture, with Bursa Malaysia Berhad holding 51% equity interest and RAM Holdings Berhad holding the remaining 49% equity interest.

BR Capital, a registered recognized market operator with Securities Commission Malaysia, aims to bridge the fundraising gap by providing an additional fundraising avenue for eligible issuers from both listed and unlisted mid-tier companies. BR Capital will facilitate prospective issuers to undertake debt fundraising of at least RM5.0 million in principal amount with a minimum tenure of 1 year. The proceeds raised can be earmarked to meet working capital and capital expenditure requirements of these issuers to support their business growth and operations.
